Risk and Permanent Control Division
The Risk and Permanent Control Division evaluates risks faced by the FEC to maintain and protect its activity. It is in charge of carrying out studies and offering legal counseling and providing assistance in the process of approving the project’s proposals before their submission to the Credit Committee. It is also in charge of validating new financing instruments and new activities. It defines as well the selection conditions and the norms applied to evaluate loans applications. Finally, it follows up and controls the risks faced by the Institution and suggests solutions to overcome them.
