GovernanceCredit Committee

The Credit Committee is in charge of examining and approving loans under the conditions set by the Board of Directors. The Credit Committee is chaired by the General Manager of the FEC and consists of :

 2 representatives of the Ministry of Interior ;

 2 representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance ;

 1 representative selected by the Director of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion.

The Credit Committee may appoint, in an advisory capacity, representatives from any ministry or organization whose opinions are needed.
