Mr. Omar LAHLOU, Governor, Director General of the FEC received, on Tuesday March 29, 2022 at the headquarters of the FEC in Rabat, a Delegation from the Republic of Djibouti, chaired by the Minister Delegate in charge of Decentralization, in order to discuss the Moroccan experience in the financing of Territorial Communities and to examine the terms of partnership between the two countries in this area.
