Mr. Omar LAHLOU, Governor, Director General of the FEC received, on Friday September 20, 2019 at the FEC headquarters in Rabat, a delegation of Libyan Mayors as part of their study visit to the Kingdom, in order to discuss the Moroccan experience in the financing of Territorial Communities and to examine the terms of partnership between the two countries in this area.
