The Governor, General Manager of the Fonds d’Equipement Communal (FEC) received, on Wednesday March 8, 2023 at the headquarters of the FEC in Rabat, a Delegation from the Republic of Ivory Coast, led by the General Manager of Decentralization and Local Development at the Ministry of the Interior and Security, and composed of representatives of several Ivorian national institutions, in particular the Caisse de Dépôt et des Consignations, in order to discuss the Moroccan experience in the financing of Territorial Communities.
