Mr. Omar LAHLOU, Governor, General Manager of the Fonds d’Equipement Communal (FEC) received, on Tuesday September 12, 2023 at the headquarters of the FEC in Rabat, a Delegation from the State of Palestine, composed notably of representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Local Government, The Ministry of Interior, the Municipal Development and Lending Fund and the Association of Palestinian Local Authorities, in order to discuss the Moroccan experience in the financing of Territorial Communities.
