Mr. Omar LAHLOU, Governor, General Manager of the Fonds d’Equipement Communal (FEC) received, on Tuesday December 12, 2023 at the headquarters of the FEC in Rabat, a Delegation from the Republic of Ghana, composed of representatives of several national institutions, notably the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development, the Directorate of Local Government, the Public Sector Reform Secretariat and Ghanaian District Assemblies, in order to discuss the Moroccan experience in the financing of Territorial Communities.
