The Fonds d’Equipement Communal (FEC) received, on thursday August 15, 2024 at Rabat, the African Promotion of the Executive Master in Management of African Cities (MEMVA II), led by United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLGA) and composed of Territorial Managers from eleven African countries, to discuss the Moroccan experience in financing the local sector and the central role of the FEC, as a technical and financial partner of reference for Moroccan Territorial Communities, in the territorial development of the Kingdom.
