The Fonds d’Equipement Communal (FEC) received, on Monday, September 9, 2024 in Rabat, a Delegation from the Republic of Senegal, composed of representatives of several national institutions, including the Ministry of Territorial Communities, Planning and Development - Directorate of Decentralized Cooperation (DIRCOD), the Association of Mayors of Senegal (AMS) and the Association of Departments of Senegal (ADS), in order to discuss the Moroccan experience in financing the local sector and the central role of the FEC, as a technical and financial partner of reference for Moroccan Territorial Communities, in the territorial development of the Kingdom.
