On Friday May 09, 2025, the Governor, General Manager of the Fonds d'Equipement Communal (FEC), Mr. Omar LAHLOU, received the General Manager of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), Mr. Rémy RIOUX, and the delegation accompanying him, including the Director of the RABAT office, Ms. Quiterie PINCENT, at the Bank's headquarters in Rabat.
The meeting, which formed part of the dynamic and ambitious exchanges between the two institutions, was an opportunity to take stock of their bilateral partnership, and to look ahead to promising prospects for giving new impetus to their joint actions in support of territorial projects and programs.
