Mr. Omar LAHLOU, Governor, General Manager of the Fonds d’Equipement Communal (FEC) received, on monday October 9, 2025 at the headquarters of the FEC in Rabat, a delegation from the Republic of Benin, led by Ambassador Marius LOKO, General Manager of External Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE), composed of representatives of several national institutions, including the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Governance (MDGL) and the National Association of Communities of Benin (ANCB), as well as several Mayors of Beninese Communes, to gain insights into Morocco's experience in financing the local sector and the role of the FEC, as a key technical and financial partner of Moroccan Territorial Communities, in the territorial development of the Kingdom.
