On July 28, 2021, in the presence of H.E. the Ambassador of France in Morocco, Mrs. Hélène Le Gal, the Fonds d'Equipement Communal (FEC), represented by Mr. Omar Lahlou as Governor, General Manager and the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), represented by Mr. Mihoub Mezouaghi as Director of AFD in Morocco signed two new financing agreements (a credit line of 200 MEUR, accompanied by a technical assistance subsidy of 3.5 MEUR) in support of the convergence and resilience of the Kingdom's territories and in support of the current imperative of economic recovery.
