In view of the scope of their prerogatives, in particular following the entry into force of the three organic laws governing the local sector, the Territorial Communities are in charge of sectors that are closely linked to the daily life of the Citizens and that actively contribute to the economic, social and environmental development of the Kingdom.

As a technical and financial partner of the Territorial Communities, the FEC provides them with all forms of support necessary to the achievement of their investment projects and to the implementation of their development programs.
